ADMISSIONS OFFICER

Job Description

• Greet students and parents at the center; consult on the center’s academic programs, and address inquiries from parents and students.
• Implement plans to prospect, build, and develop potential customer sources.
• Conduct telesales to explore customer needs, nurture leads, and persuade customers to enroll.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current customers while simultaneously expanding the new customer base.
• Provide care and support to students before, during, and after each course at the center.

Job requirements

• Possess a Vocational/Intermediate Certificate (or higher) in Economics or Education.
• Proficient in using office computer software (Microsoft Office/office IT skills).
• Effective communication and customer persuasion skills.
• Dynamic, resourceful, enthusiastic, friendly, patient, and responsible.
• Possess strong teamwork skills, flexibility in handling situational problems, and sensitivity/acuity towards learners of various age groups

Priority

• Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience working in organizations within the Education, Finance, Insurance, or Customer Service sectors.
