To equip our management team with the knowledge and strategies to build a positive and effective work environment, INKINDY International Bilingual Preschool successfully collaborated with Pace Institute of Management to organize an in-depth training program on Employee Motivation Skills.

The program focused on key objectives, including:

Identifying and developing inspirational leadership capabilities in the educational setting.

Understanding and sustaining passion for the profession amidst real-world pressures.

Mastering principles for igniting both individual and team motivation.

Applying tools and techniques to build a positive, compassionate work environment.

Throughout the training session, INKINDY’s managers enthusiastically embraced new knowledge and actively shared their experiences in supporting the INKINDY mission. The program provided both theoretical insight and hands-on practice, empowering our management team to enhance their leadership and HR skills—contributing to a more cohesive, professional, and high-performing workplace.

INKINDY sincerely thanks Pace Institute of Management for their partnership and guidance. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to all participating managers for their commitment and enthusiasm. These valuable lessons will be applied daily to improve work efficiency, strengthen team bonds, and continue building a joyful and fulfilling work environment.
